In the village of Neftenbach, the blocks of affordable housing have a variety of lawns and gardens, and to take care of these areas the right equipment has to be used. In the past, HGW used a model where these properties were maintained by one individual who lived at each property. However, over time it became apparent that managing many people trying to do the same task, including finding others to take over if needed was difficult. “We went from using a tractor-style mower on this property and taking about six hours” points out Mr. Laich Hansueli, “to using a Walker and doing it in 3.25 hours and we also reduced our trimming time about 75%.” Hansueli says he sees no other way to maintain these facilities without the Walker Mower: “It’s the only mower that will do this work as fast.” |
Die Grundstückpflege der Überbauung erschwinglicher Wohnungen in Neftenbach mit ihren wunderschön angelegten Gärten und Rasenflächen, verlangt nach professioneller Gerätschaft. Früher hatte die HGW in jedem Ihrer Objekte einen eigens für die Arealpflege zuständigen Abwart, welcher traditionellerweise in der Liegenschaft wohnte. Leider wurde es in den letzten Jahren zunehmend schwierig den Posten des Hausabwartes so zu besetzen. "Wir haben hier früher einen Aufsitzmäher verwendet und ungefähr 6 Stunden lang gemäht. Heute mäht ein Walker und macht dieselbe Arbeit in 3.25 Stunden. Die Trimm-Arbeitszeit konnte ebenfalls um 75% reduziert werden." Hansueli meint, dass es nichts Besseres für den Unterhalt der Überbauungen gibt als den Walker, "es ist der einzige Mäher, welcher die Arbeit so schnell erledigen kann." |
